Business Development Manager

Winno Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Professional with a proven track record of success to support our international business development campaigns.

Core Competencies and Experience

  • You are energetic, self-motivated and hands-on with very strong negotiation skills
  • You are able to self-manage and are goal/results-driven
  • Your interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills are excellent
  • You demonstrate passion, persistence, creativity and a determination to get things done
  • You have verifiable success in working and selling in the financial services, real estate or ‘immigrant investor’ industries
  • Knowledge and experience of the ‘immigrant investor’ market is preferable but not essential
  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Economics or Marketing is ideal


  • Reporting to the Managing Partner/Director, you will be accountable for generating significant business revenue each year, and meeting agreed sales and business targets as defined by management
  • Developing new business via various lead generation channels
  • Management of all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation through the sales process itself and into account management and development
  • Working with other internal departments to develop appropriate solutions in order to maximize sales success
  • Planning, preparing, and executing high impact meetings with client prospects and potential partners
  • Maximizing revenue growth with existing accounts and our partner base
